Allergy Necessitea helps to relieve symptoms brought on by seasonal allergies. This specific blend of herbs provides natural antihistamines, soothes the respiratory system and calms inflamed tissues.

INGREDIENTS:

Nettle Leaf, Catnip, Peppermint, Anise Seeds, Elderflower, Marshmallow Root, Red Clover Blossoms.

DIRECTIONS:

Pour 8oz hot water over 1-3 tsp tea. Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes.
